Our Stunning and Conveniently located South Maui rental home accommodates up to eight guests. What an amazing and comfortable space for your Tropical Hawaiian vacation.

Guests of Hale Napua will enjoy four bedrooms and 2,400 square feet of living space.

Upon your arrival at Hale Napua, you will notice the great care that has been taken to create a comfortable and tidy space and makes good use of its gorgeous setting.

As the door that opens onto the patio and outdoor living room it creates an indoor and outdoor living experience and provides guests with a comfortable outdoor living room complete with TV. Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun comes up or enjoy a evening BBQ with the family. It just doesn't get any better than that!

This south facing area is adjacent to the neighboring lot used solely for the purpose of a zen garden, offering added privacy. Inside, our guests will love the contemporary furnishings found throughout the home.

The living room offers comfortable seating that surrounds the flat-screen TV, a great place for family and group movie nights.

The kitchen offers everything you need to create homemade meals with fresh local Hawaiian produce, and is outfitted with up-to-date appliances. Enjoy meal times together at the indoor dining table that can sit up to eight people, or BBQ and dine alfresco on the comfortable patio.

When it’s time to retire, enjoy one of the four well-appointed bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a separate sitting area with direct access to a small porch and exit stairs.

The Jr. master suite boast a king-sized bed and a separate sitting area with a stunning view of Haleakala. The sitting area also provides the needed space for a crib or pack and play.

Upstairs you will find the spacious 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a work station (just in case you do need to work!!)

The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and is located on the main level and has a beautiful Garden view.

Kalama Beach Park is about 1/2 block from Hale Napua. The park offers beautiful water front walkways, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds. At the south end of the park is a great spot to take surf lessons or paddleboard. Rent your boards at the vendors located across the street from the park.

Just south of Kalama Beach Park you will find Kam 1, 2 and 3. 3 of South Maui's great beach hangouts.

Walk across the Street to Starbucks or another block or 2 down South Kihei Road and find local coffee shops, restaurants, markets where locals sell their goods. Stop by the local shaved ice stand when you are ready for a cool treat after a morning or afternoon of shopping.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES FOR HALE NAPUA
1.Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time noise from this rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Hale Napua participates with VRBO by using Noiseaware. Noiseaware will alert the owner of excess noise.
2.Guests must be aware that they are in a residential neighborhood, and as such sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
3.Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short term rental home is strictly prohibited.
4.Vehicles shall be parked in the designed onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street, block the entry to the driveway and mailbox.
5.Hale Napua Maui is for the use of the registered guests only. No parties or gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
6.Minimum age to rent 25 years of age. No smoking and No pets.
7.Security deposit required of $3000.
8. Guest is required to sign rental agreement.
The county of Maui requires each guest to acknowledge and sign the house rules prior to check in.

About the Owner

I was born and raised in Tonga. I have lived in Maui for over 45 years. I enjoy spending time golfing, traveling and seeing family. I also help care for my Kupuna. The best part of being a host is sharing my Maui home with wonderful families who come and stay at Hale Napua. Each guest is a member of our Hale Napua Ohana.
